Employment of students is given highest priority in our institution. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell organises regular training programs to improve the employable skills of the students. Seminars, Training are conducted with regard to personality development and entrepreneurial skills. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell regularly display the advertisements regarding recruitment opportunities. Campus interviews are arranged by Placement Cell in order to facilitate placements for students. Many corporate bodies like:- Eureka Forbes, Watermelon HR solution, First Source, Finn Point, M-Phasis, Cognizant, Tech-Mahindra etc have recruited our Graduates and Post Graduates. A good number of sports students have been recruited in the Police Department, Railways, Banks and other public sectors undertakings, thanks to the initiative of the Placement Cell. At 10:30 AM inauguration function was started. Dignitaries/ HR’s/ Managers from various companies were present. Dr. B M Zakir Assistant Secretary Al-Ameen Educational Society and Principal welcome the gathering and handed over the mementoes and flower bouquets to the HR’s of various companies. Al-Ameen Ratna Dr. Subhan Shariff, Hon. Secretary Al-Ameen Educational Society inaugurated the job fair 2019 by watering the flower pot. Later, the prospective candidates disbursed for the recruitment process. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: We had provided all facilities to the companies for conducting their recruitment process. The process of recruitment was varying for company to company. Most of the companies HR’s have followed all their process like Written Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc.
Mega Al-Ameen Job Fair-2019 was concluded by a valedictory function in which impressions of HR Managers of companies and participants were taken. And offer letters were handed over by our beloved elder Dr. Subhan Shariff Sahab to the selected candidates with blessings. Last but not the least vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Kulsoom Rana (Placement Officer).
